A Fairtrade-certified Small Producers Organization built by, and for, its 104 member farming families — led by two people accountable to every one of them.
Masoom Support Foundation (MSF) was established as an organization of small Fairtrade-certified paddy and rice producers in Kamoke, District Gujranwala, Punjab. Today, MSF represents 104 members farming 1,626 acres — 1,205 acres of Super Basmati and 421 acres of non-Basmati rice — across seven villages: Kamoke, Eminabad, Bhanpur, Kassoke, Poranpur, Marywaie and Bhelowali.
With an annual production capacity of roughly 1,020 MT of Super Basmati paddy and 400 MT of non-Basmati paddy, MSF sells directly to its Fairtrade-certified trading partner, Rice Experts Enterprises (FLO ID. 39031), which mills and exports the rice under the Fairtrade logo. The resulting Fairtrade Premium is transferred back to MSF and reinvested into community development.

To bridge the gap between what we have and what others do not — ensuring the benefits of ethical, Fairtrade agriculture reach every corner of our community.
Improve economic, social and environmental well-being through responsible management of Fairtrade Premium, sustained transparently across generations of farming families.
MSF is run day to day by two people, directly accountable to the General Assembly of 104 farmer members.

Every MSF project is proposed, reviewed and approved through a transparent, democratic process.
All projects are presented in the General Assembly, and only approved projects are executed. Projects are developed and executed based on a genuine needs assessment of farmers and the community.
All 104 farmer members hold equal voting rights — regardless of land size or production volume — ensuring Fairtrade Premium serves the whole community fairly.
A quick introduction to who we are and how we work.
MSF is a Fairtrade-certified group of small farmers. Producers grow paddy under Fairtrade rules and regulations and sell directly to Rice Experts Enterprises, a Fairtrade-certified trader. The trader reports all purchases to MSF and to FLOCERT for independent verification.
Rice Experts Enterprises processes the paddy at its mill and exports rice under the Fairtrade logo. International buyers import that rice and pay invoices that include the Fairtrade Premium — which the trader transfers directly into MSF's account for community investment.
Official Fairtrade certification mark.
